First are the chia seeds. These are great for the body because of its Omega 3 but such compound found in chia is not that easy for the body to absorb. It is best if you substitute chia seeds with flax seeds. Kale is also great but it’s really expensive so it’s better to eat spinach since it also gives the same benefits as kale.

Acai berries are not that great despite the hype surrounding it especially with its supposedly weight loss magic. It is still best if you stick with blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, and other cheaper alternatives.
