A new report released by Harvard study also indicated that missing your morning meal can raise coronary heart disease risk.

Risks of fatal coronary heart disease?

According to the report, men who repeatedly skipped breakfast were at a higher risk of fatal coronary heart disease or heart attack. Leah E. Cahill, the Postdoctoral Research Fellow and lead author at Harvard School Of Public Health also said that skipping breakfast may also cause one or more other risk factors including diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity and high blood pressure.

Cahill said that individuals should not skip breakfast at any cost and consuming healthy breakfast is linked to reduced risk of heart attacks. To ensure that you eat a healthy and balanced diet include superfoods that contain moderate amounts of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals.
