There are many kid friendly ways to involve herbs into daily food, such as adding some cilantro to guacamole can enhance the taste. Add some chopped herbs when you make toppings for pizza or omelet. You may add mint to smoothies, and fresh herbs to salads, sandwiches and soups. Kids will appreciate the awesome taste and flavor, while moms can feel happy seeing their little ones eat all those nutritious food.
Other fresh herbs, such as basil, chives, mint, tarragon, cilantro and dill, have high amounts of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, too. Surprising? Herbs have a solid reputation as garnishes and flavorings, but they are actually much more than that. I’d dare to label them a relative (or at least a neighbor) of kale.
