Indian diet can help you lose weight if you follow the diet plan perfectly. However, the diet plan would spread to four weeks and it would change every week. Before starting the diet, it is better to take the weight and write it down somewhere.

What are the things that you should maintain?
The first thing that you should keep in mind is that it is better to rise up early and that should be latest by 8:00 a.m. This is an important part of the routine because of the tuning of the body clock which should not be messed with.
Also, it is important not to take salt after 7.30 a.m. You should not have an aerated drink and that should include the diet version.
Mango and banana should not be part of your diet along with potato and rice. Artificial juices should also not be part of your diet. After waking up take two glasses of methi seed water which helps a lot in water retention and bloating.
Follow it with five soaked almonds. Breakfast should include one brown bread dressed with hung and fresh salad at around 9 in the morning. At about 11.30 you may eat the fruit of your choice for mid-day snacking.
What should be the diet plan for lunch and dinner?
Have a plate of freshly cut salad before the meal. The fibers in the salad would fill up your stomach and this would prevent any false hunger after lunch. One brown bread sandwich with egg white, fish or chicken filling, or bran chappati should be in your lunch with one bowl of cooked pulses and grilled fish or chicken.
At around 5 p.m. have a glass of milk or tea with two biscuits but not cookies. A bowl of popcorn would be also good for snacking. Have the dinner at around 7.30 pm and that too starts with a plate of salad and along with it contain one brown bread sandwich with paneer filling or egg white filling or bran chappati and vegetables but avoid red beans. You can also have the fruit of your choice.
